significant building work missing atrium lounge
The bed was super comfortable so it helped me rest well.
I was disappointed that there was significant building work. Heavy drills filled the atrium, so the atrium lounge and bar were not available . The hotel did not mention this on their website. I found that strange.

the location allows quick access to main attractions. friendly staff ensured my needs received prompt attention. the complimentary breakfast options provided a good start to each morning. i discovered many nearby dining choices, ALL wonderful.
one elevator experienced intermittent delays, SOMETIMES causing slight inconvenience.

The front desk staff was very attentive i appreciate that. The hotel location is perfect near many sites. The breakfast had many options and the service was prompt. The staff was very professional and cute i felt special.
The gym had limited space it was a small issue.

convenient location abundant food working air
I greatly appreciated the hotel's location near the U and S lines, a real convenience. Food options were abundant both within the hotel and in the immediate vicinity, a definite plus. I had a room with city views, and the air conditioning worked WELL.
The towels weren't cleaned properly. A used, dried capsule was stuck on the bath towel
